Return & Refund Policy

RETURN & REFUND

Items may be returned, within 14 days of the delivery date. Any returned items must be returned, unused, unopened and undamaged. The goods must be in a condition that allows us to then sell as new - any items returned to us, that don't meet these requirements will not be refunded.

Before returning your unwanted products please contact us, using the contact us section on our website or by emailing hello@eb3fx.co.uk or calling us on 01262 676358 we will then give you a returns number.

Any shipping costs incurred when returning your unwanted items, will be met by you the customer unless previously agreed in writing.
